Join our free weekly Sahaja Yoga meditation class in Kirrawee and take time to nurture inner peace, balance, and wellbeing. Open to everyone—no prior experience needed.
After completing our 12-week program last year, we’re delighted to be resuming regular weekly sessions for the local community. Each class is gently guided by experienced practitioners and offers simple, practical techniques to help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner sense of calm.
Classes are held in a lecture theatre with comfortable seating provided. Just bring an open mind and enjoy the experience.
