We will be having a group foot soaking clearing session during our meditation class with Foot Soaking Cleansing Technique 8 pm Central. Please join 5 min. before the session begins.

This practice, using Sahaja Yoga meditation techniques, is far more beneficial than a traditional foot spa, and cleanses your subtle system in a profound way.

BENEFITS OF FOOT SOAKING:

  • enhances meditation state
  • relieves stress & catches from energy centers and channels
  • helps to improve focus and sleep better

THINGS YOU NEED TO PREPARE:

  1. A tab or dishpan filled with lukewarm/cold water.
  2. A handful of salt.
  3. A mug with the clean water for rinsing.
  4. A towel to wipe your feet.
