We will be having a group foot soaking clearing session during our meditation class with Foot Soaking Cleansing Technique 8 pm Central. Please join 5 min. before the session begins.
This practice, using Sahaja Yoga meditation techniques, is far more beneficial than a traditional foot spa, and cleanses your subtle system in a profound way.
BENEFITS OF FOOT SOAKING:
- enhances meditation state
- relieves stress & catches from energy centers and channels
- helps to improve focus and sleep better
THINGS YOU NEED TO PREPARE:
- A tab or dishpan filled with lukewarm/cold water.
- A handful of salt.
- A mug with the clean water for rinsing.
- A towel to wipe your feet.
