About Sahaja Yoga Meditation:
Sahaja Yoga is a simple and natural method of meditation founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Through the awakening of our inner energy (Kundalini), we experience a deep state of peace and thoughtless awareness. It helps us connect with our true self, improve our emotional balance, and enhance our overall well-being. With regular practice, Sahaja Yoga helps us stay calm amidst life’s challenges and develop a joyful, balanced state of mind.
