Welcome to our online meditation group, hosted by Sandra, Michael & friends. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is natural, easy, and powerful; and all our classes are free.

Come and achieve yoga, & experience the meditative state of thoughtless awareness (also known as 'mental silence'). Sahaja Yoga is a highly effective path to achieve stress relief, emotional balance, and deep inner peace. The events are beneficial and instructive for both beginners, and the experienced. No prior reservation is required – simply join online any day that is convenient, wherever you are.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is easy. Each class includes an introduction to the basics, and a structured guided meditation. You will experience the state of meditation, and you will be able to start meditating alone straight away.
In the meetings, there are no bending and stretching type physical exercises – participants are seated comfortably throughout (whether on a chair, or on the ground - however you prefer). The classes are conducted in a relaxed setting, and have a friendly atmosphere.
Our classes and courses are designed to help participants get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. Achieving yoga in this way is quite effortless and spontaneous. Classes feature introductory talks, different types of guided meditations, videos, presentations, practical workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and questions and answer opportunities, making them perfect for those trying to establish a state of meditation.
The general format of a meeting will be as follows:
- Introduction – suitable for complete beginners (around five - ten minutes)
- A detailed talk on an aspect of meditation (around ten minutes)
- A guided meditation session – no prior experience is required; and you will experience the state of meditation for yourself. This section represents a collective meditation, which can be a powerful experience for both old and new. Many join on a regular basis simply for the opportunity to ‘recharge and revitalise’.
- Silent meditation - allowing our meditative state to naturally deepen.
- Questions & Answers
Try Sahaja Yoga meditation classes, and see for yourself the improvement to your mental, physical and emotional state. Learn and experience simple meditation techniques; receive tips on how to help stay in balance during your day. We are delighted to offer ongoing support via face-to-face meetings offline or online, phone calls, or email (subject to the availability of our advisors).

We are all volunteers, and have many years of experience in offering free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes.
Sahaja Yoga is a time-honoured technique that delivers ancient knowledge to suit our modern lives. Anyone can do it. Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is a worldwide movement for inner and collective peace, self-awakening, and genuine transformation.
