Hello there! Welcome to free weekly meetings to achieve your self realisation and experience the truth and reality within, by a simple meditation technique called Sahaja Yoga to raise your inner energy - Kundalini.
Rahul & Siddhi, practising Sahaja Yoga over 30 years, will host these meetings and guide you through the meditation held in Wimbledon.
The benefits of meditation as testified by many practitioners are plenty, ranging from feeling calm, relaxed, and refreshed, getting over stress, and sleeping better, to name a few.
In todays complex world with uncertainty around, many would like to feel reassured and find inner peace.
The power to achieve this resides dormant within us, waiting to rise. All you need is to actualise this innate energy known in all cultures around the world. It can be felt as a cool breeze on our hands or above our head, which soothes our parasympathetic nervous system, improving our emotional physical mental and spiritual well-being.
We invite and welcome everyone to learn and experience these sessions and enjoy their benefits, irrespective of your cultural and religious background.
There is no need for mats and no special clothing required.
With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously.
