For those who have been contemplating joining one of the popular One Day Sahaja Yoga Meditation Retreats, the next date is set for Saturday Sept 20th 2025.

For those of you who may have missed these events in the past, the retreat offers a relaxed rural environment in which to explore different aspects of meditation, as well as learn techniques which can help newcomers (and those who may have been practicing for a while!) experience more in their daily meditation at home.

Who should attend?
Ideally for those who have already received their Self Realisation at a regular weekly meeting, the programme covers a full day, and includes sessions on music & meditation, cleansing the chakras, how to decode your subtle system and much more.

Lunch and copious refreshments are provided throughout the day, and there is also the opportunity to partake of a delicious home cooked evening meal for those who wish, all included in suggested donation of just £15 for the day.
