## Parts Work Meditation Group

In our online Parts Work Meditation Group, we'll meet and tend to subtle aspects of ourselves through guided meditations. Our focus is on accessing our core Self energy, which brings a sense of calm and clarity.
This is a nurturing environment to connect, reflect, and create space for the parts of ourselves that are needing care. Whether you're new to meditation or quite seasoned, we invite your presence. Get cozy, log in, and let's sit together.

Lacy is a graduate-level therapist with a personal meditation practice of 12+ years. She's guided hundreds of 1-1 and group experiences, each with a focus on healing relationship with oneself and the world around us. Sharing mindful moments like these is one of her biggest passions.
