A space to reconnect, breathe, and feel a little less alone.

I started this group after finishing my yoga teacher training at the end of 2024. I remember thinking about the times I’ve felt anxious or depressed in the past, and how much I wanted to connect with others at that time without any extra pressure. To find a place where I could simply show up, move my body, or sit in stillness with others. Somewhere that felt safe and welcoming.

This is a free, gentle space for community, healing, and honest connection - without pressure to be anything other than who you are right now.

Sometimes we’ll move through slow, grounding yoga. Sometimes we’ll rest deeply in guided meditation. Sometimes both. Each event is a little different.

Each session is designed to support you in softening, unwinding, and coming home to yourself.

If you’ve ever felt like you just need somewhere to go : to breathe, rest, or feel. You’re so welcome here. Just bring yourself (and something to sit on), and come as you are.

A little about me
I’m Kathy ☺️
I recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, along with additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and breath work practices.
I finished my Diploma in Counselling in 2023 and am currently studying Psychology. I also work as a photographer and whether through meditation or photography, my purpose is the same: to help people feel seen, safe, and connected.
