Hey everyone, my name is Yan Ivanov. I am a certified RMT Life Coach, and specialize in Mindfulness Coaching. I have lived in Buddhist monasteries around the world, and now choose to help people manage their feelings through the experience I have gained, both in my formal training and in my practice.
Living in today's rapid world, feelings of stress and anxiety, coupled with constant distractions, can be overwhelming. We feel anxiety in our lives, yet are too busy to do anything about it, and find ourselves in a cycle of suffering from anxiety while being distracted by the worlds demands. My mindfulness coaching provides the time and space to stop, reconnect with one's self, explore the roots of our anxiety, and bring awareness to its causes, then nurture inner peace, and learn how to maintain emotional well beings in our daily lives. Drawing from a background in, meditation, and life coaching, I offer personalized guidance in staying on track of our feelings, and using mindfulness as a tool for weekly calibration sessions which leading to optimizing the experience of our lives.
I guide you through mindful techniques such as thought and body awareness to release stress, cultivate focus, and build better relationships with yourself and others. Whether personal issues, emotional balance, or simple well-being are in question, my Mindfulness coaching gives you the tools that help you live more balanced and in the present moment.
