We welcome BIPOC, LGBTQI2+, people with disabilities, other marginalized communities, and everyone (including us white identified folks) who seek to end suffering and cultivate happiness.
We begin with a guided meditation every Sunday at 9:30am Pacific time
There is a half hour check in - where each student introduces themselves and says a little bit about how they are arriving (tired, happy, sad, etc.) (There is no judgement-just an openness)
There is a talk for a half hour
Then a question and answer period or a discussion
Please keep your camera on - we welcome kids, pets, pajamas, messy rooms, noise, and anything human that occurs since we can open our hearts to all that is human.
Fern is the teacher this Sunday. Lisa and Ellyn also lead some Sundays.
See our event calendar for all programs- in person and online. Ask questions to Fern at fernalixlarocca@gmail.com
