These fun & informative clinics are for those who are interested in learning the basic steps of Nordic Pole walking and for those who want to brush up on their skills for fall/winter walking.

Fall is such a beautiful time of year to learn how to Nordic Pole walk!

We switch to St. Andrews Valley Golf Course this time of year so that we have a beautiful warm overlooking the golf course to learn in.

If the sun shines and the temperatures are nice we may head outside for a bit of the clinic but it is so nice to be indoors when the weather is inclement.

  • You will also learn some of the many amazing health benefits of adding Nordic Poles to your walk and helpful hints for fall/winter walking.
  • You can borrow a set of poles, bring your own poles, request to purchase a set of poles or just watch and learn.
  • You will also learn how important it is to add some additional exercise to your walks to help improve your strength, flexibility and balance!
  • These are not walks, therefore, everyone of any age and fitness level can join us!
  • Feel free to invite family and friends to join us.
    If you would like to sit at any time there are chairs.
  • And yes, there are bathrooms downstairs!
