It is important to add strengthening, balance, and flexibility exercises to walking or Nordic Pole walking routines as you age because these activities directly address age-related physical declines, helping to maintain independence, prevent falls and injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall quality of life
You can bring your poles or borrow a set of poles or purchase a set of new Nordic Poles.
This clinic is for everyone of any age and yes, there are bathrooms downstairs!
