These fun & informative clinics are for those who are interested in learning the basic steps of Nordic Pole walking and for those who want to brush up on their skills for winter walking.

This is a wonderful time of the year to learn how to Nordic Pole walk as it allows us to walk with confidence throughout the colder and snowy months of the year. Adding safety to our walks is so important.

We switch to St. Andrews Valley Golf Course this time of year so that we have a beautiful warm room overlooking the golf course to learn in.

You will learn the basic steps to Nordic Pole walking and the difference between Nordic Walking and Trekking!

You will learn how to set your pole height, put on your pole straps, the basic technique of Nordic Pole walking along with the amazing benefits of adding poles to your walk plus helpful hints for winter walking.

You can borrow a set of poles, bring your own poles, request to purchase a set of poles or just watch and learn.
