| I’m so excited to launch Shawn’s Wellness Talks — a monthly in-person gathering focused on simple, realistic wellness you can actually use in everyday life. Since Covid I have been offering my talks via Zoom and I have truly missed what meeting in person can do for our heart and soul.

In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, these monthly gatherings are an opportunity to slow down, learn together, ask questions, and feel supported — in person.

Meeting in person for health talks creates a deeper sense of connection, trust, and community that simply can’t be replicated online. Being together allows for meaningful conversation, shared energy, and real-time questions—making learning more engaging, supportive, and impactful for lasting change.
