Sahaja Yoga meditation is experiential.
We will focus on what you are feeling while meditating during the class. We’ll cover a new topic every day.

This spiritual meditation awakens inner energy (Kundalini), bringing balance, peace, and joy within, while creating a clearer perception free from unnecessary thoughts.

Online and in-person classes are offered throughout the year for those who would like to go deeper and continue their spiritual growth.

Founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is a worldwide volunteer-run, always-free meditation practice.
It enables people who seek truth to achieve their Self-Realization which is the key to thoughtless awareness, also known as mental silence, and is the basis of good health and well-being. Sahaja Yoga is practiced in more than 100 countries.
