Come out and enjoy a stroll with physician volunteers who can answer your health-related questions along the way. People of all ages and fitness levels are invited to this free community health program.

All walks start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Walkers receive complimentary bottled water and a healthy snack. Walks are scheduled throughout the summer at some of our country’s most beautiful public spaces, and you can sign up for as many walks as you’d like.

Bedwell Bayfront Park
1600 Marsh Road

Menlo Park
walkers should exit off Highway 101 onto Marsh Road and turn East toward the Bay. Marsh Road dead ends at the opening to the park.

About this Park
Bedwell Bayfront Park’s 160 acres are surrounded on three sides by the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge. People of all ages enjoy the park for hiking, running, bicycling, dog walking, bird watching, kite flying, and photography.

Parking
Enter the parking lot and continue straight to the end of the parking area.

Meeting Spot
Look for our blue and white Walk with a Doc table near the end of the parking area.
