This is our last walk for the year!
Come out and enjoy a stroll with physician volunteers and chat about health and wellness topics along the way. People of all ages and fitness levels are invited to this free community health program.
All walks start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Walkers receive complimentary bottled water and a healthy snack. Walks are scheduled throughout the summer at some of our county’s most beautiful public spaces, and you can sign up for as many walks as you’d like.

Take Foster City Blvd to the end at the bay. Turn left onto Beach Park Blvd, in a block or two, you will see the restrooms and picnic tables. Park on side street.

About this Park
We'll walk the beautiful SF Bay Trail in Foster City, enjoying Bay views, as well as views of marshland, where resident shorebirds congregate and migratory waterfowl rest and nest, between the path and the Bay.
We are meeting at Shorebird Park in FOSTER CITY, Beach Park Boulevard near Halibut. Meet at park near tables and restrooms
