Hi I'm Samuel from London, recently travelled to India and Thailand training in conscious connected breathing, Wim Hof, DMT (naturally induced) and I have combined the session with Sahaja Yoga Meditation to boost the benefits and for the practitioners to reach a calm, invigorated state. I want to teach more sessions in London so have decided to offer free session every Saturday. I did the same last summer (Aug/Sept) and had several successful outings. I have also written 3 books on Holistic Medicine and Natural Healing available from our website at:

The session will last 1.5 hours, we will start with Sahaja Yoga affirmations and silent meditation for approx 30-45 mins then we will begin the breathing. All the participants will lay down on yoga mats and will proceed to breath from the belly, up to the midriff, to the neck and shoulders and then exhale, continuously for either 5-10 or 15 mins depending on your level. Then you will have a retention of breath. We will have 2-3 breathing circuits in total depending on each person's level, then we will have sivasana, rest.

Weather permitting we can have a free session each Saturday. I will post updates here on the morning of Saturday to confirm if the class is on for sure.
