What we’re about
As an extension of the Lighten Up and Root Down Meditation group (see link and events), we offer free silent meditation guidance, both online and in person in the Treasure Coast, Florida area, to anyone interested in establishing a meditation routine. We cover Melbourne, Vero, Sebastian, Pt. St. Lucie, Ft. Pierce, and down to Stuart. If online, your physical location doesn't matter.
No belief. No BS. No woo. Just meditation. All faiths, orientations, political affiliations, ages, and abilities welcome. We accept you as you are. Experienced and credentialed guidance. In simple terms, we know what we're doing!

We work strictly on donations. Meditation is free. In other words, if you aint got $, you aint gotta' worry. If you do, hook us up with whatever you feel is fair.
