New moon in cancer meditation

This will be a sound bath and meditation in honor of the new moon in cancer.

For 20 minutes
We will learn key treats of being a cancer in a focused, mindful group.
Then, identify a personal "shell" we would like to break free from.

Followed by a 30 minute guided sound bath.

There will be time for discussion and social time at the end.

Come as you are, all are welcome.
Wear comfortable clothes, yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and your water bottle.
