What we’re about

If you are a veteran, we want you to experience the many benefits of Tai Chi. Not only will you see improvements in flexibility, strength and pain management, there is evidence that Tai Chi can improve sleep and reduce depression and anger.

With class options during the day, evenings, weekdays and weekends, we hope you will join us in the Annapolis - Severna Park area for a month of unlimited classes. This option is only open to veterans and active duty military with documentation.
