Hello Tampa Bay! A little bit about me. My name is John Desautels and I am a veteran of the Real Estate industry with 34 years experience. I majored in real estate in college and have spent my career in multiple roles within this industry. I have worked in real estate publishing, appraisal, mortgage lending including a long tenure as the president of a mortgage institution and decades in real estate sales including many complex transactions. Our company has worked with numerous vacation-2nd home, waterfront and relocation buyers as well as retirees and first-time buyers. I am still an active broker but enjoy teaching-coaching-mentoring and writing real estate related articles in my spare time. I thoroughly enjoy working with potential 2nd home-retiree relocation buyers on educating them from start to finish on successfully buying a relocation home. I am creating this class-weekly questions and answers Meetup via Zoom to encourage you to join and learn the many dynamics of our market. There is no cost or any sort of pressure from me to buy. I will do my best to provide weekly current events topics and answer any questions you might have.
