Free cardio dance workout in Sparks

Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Cardio Dance workout at their Sparks studio during Memorial Day weekend! This workout is accessible for all ability levels!

Bring friends and family! Men, women and children are all welcome!

If you're not a member of Kaia FIT Sierra, please RSVP directly through the above link. This may involve creating a free account. Mindbody can require a credit card on file, but you will not be charged.

RSVPs are required through the Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign the waiver in advance. If you cannot RSVP through Mindbody in advance, please plan to arrive early and let the coach know that you saw this workout listed on MeetUp and that you need to be added to the class so that you can sign the digital waiver.
