Free Black Light Yoga workout in Midtown Reno

Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Black Light Yoga workout in Midtown Reno on Fourth of July weekend! Let's stretch, flow, and GLOW together!

Bring friends and family! Men, women and children are all welcome! Wear any clothing you think will glow!

Join us at 8 a.m. Sunday, July 6, at our Midtown Reno studio (777 S. Center St. #B1)! There is a parking lot behind the building, and we're located in the main hallway on the ground floor.

If you're not a member of Kaia FIT Sierra, please RSVP directly through the above link. This may involve creating a free account. Mindbody can require a credit card on file, but you will not be charged.

RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign the waiver in advance. If you cannot RSVP through Mindbody in advance, please plan to arrive early and let the coach know that you saw this workout listed on MeetUp and that you need to be added to the class so that you can sign the digital waiver.
