Free SHiNE UPLIFT workout in South Reno

Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE SHiNE UPLIFT workout at our South Reno studio during Labor Day weekend!

Bring friends and family! Men, women and children are all welcome! This workout also is for all abilities!

SHiNE UPLIFT is a low-impact, high-energy dance fitness format designed to inspire joy and movement for all bodies. Featuring easy-to-follow choreography set to upbeat music, UPLIFT delivers a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints while boosting strength, flexibility, and confidence. It’s perfect for those who want to move, groove, and feel empowered—without the jump!

Join us at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, at our South Reno studio (75 E. Patriot Blvd. #6)! The studio can be found on the left when entering the parking lot from Patriot Boulevard.

RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
