We all go and grab our coffee or tea before work or before the tasks we have to do. But when do we take time for ourselveses, just a small moment, to think about the week ahead, reflect on our goals but also on our work-life-balance?
This event is designed to give you exactly that. 20 min just for yourself before you start into the day. We will meet in community and have a mindful morning. After that you will feel fresh, motivated and ready. Then grab your favorite morning drink in the coffee and continue with your week.
