Level: Beginners (All levels are welcome)
Here’s What We’ll Do: Our sessions will be an hour-long beginner's flow yoga class. Whether you're an experienced yogi or just starting out, your interest in yoga is the only prerequisite. Remember, yoga is for everyone!
During our meetups, we'll explore various yoga poses, delve into breathing techniques, stretch our bodies, and build strength. More than just a physical workout, we aim to understand our bodies better and find that much-needed inner peace.
A Few Gentle Reminders:
- Please avoid eating a heavy meal right before the class. However, feel free to bring snacks.
- Punctuality matters. The class will start on time to ensure everyone gets the full experience.
- Dress comfortably. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
- Bring your own yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and most importantly, your wonderful self.
- If your plans change, kindly unRSVP so others may have the opportunity to join.
