Free Yoga at BelAir

I am offering a free yoga class inside of BelAir in Folsom (fitness room is behind the produce section.) I will be offering more dates in the future too. BelAir requires the waiver to be signed below. I can modify this to be for beginners; just let me know.

About me: I recently became certified to teach yoga as a hobby. I work in healthcare, and yoga is a great outlet. I would love to connect with others to share yoga, while improving my teaching skills!
