This Meetup is for people interested in increasing their physical, emotional and relational well-being through dance, movement and relaxation techniques.
Sometimes the fast pace of our daily lives and the high demands of modern society force us to set our minds on an accelerated rhythm, pushing us to make a lot of efforts to fit an ideal of perfection. We might end up forgetting the importance of respecting the needs of our bodies and minds.
For this reason, it's really important to give us moments when we can restore our body-mind balance, revitalize our energy and express our true self.
Dance Movement Therapy
If you are looking for an opportunity to embody your authenticity, rediscover new ways to get in touch with yourself and others in a creative way and in a non-judgemental environment, Dance Movement Therapy Workshops are perfect for you.
In each workshop, we will dive into different atmospheres and music, we will use different props, and you will enjoy the aesthetic and ecstatic experience of the dance, creating your own experience of release, fun, growth and learning.
No dance experience required!
Relaxation Classes
If you seek a way to release and master your stress, rebalance your energy and relax your body and mind, Relaxation Classes are the right choice for you.
Through a combination of relaxation, imaginative and meditative techniques, I will lead you into a state of deep rest that will allow you to release the dense energy of stress, fatigue and overwhelm, slow your breathing and heart rate, lower your blood pressure, and bring your body and mind back into balance.
