**3MBRACE EXPERIENCE with Microdosing, Cacao, Meditation and Intuitive Dance!**

This **Half-day Retreat** is an invitation to embrace life as it is. Not just the ease and joy, but also the challenges, questions, and quiet moments in between.

If you’ve tried to make changes and still feel stuck in some old patterns, this event offers you a different way forward.
This is a recurring, monthly gathering where the activities will be more or less the same, but the experience, the people, and your insights will be different.

**✨What to expect:**
Through a variety of mindful and embodied practices, we will provide you with the tools – and experience – to soften the noise of your mind and listen more closely to the whispers of your heart & wisdom of your body.

You’ll pause, move, feel, reflect, share, connect deeper with yourself and also with others who are also ready to show up more fully.

Together, we’ll explore the richness of being human. The full spectrum of our experience, from light to shadow, joy to grief, stillness to movement, the everyday to the transcendent.

This isn’t an escape from life, but an opportunity to fully **embrace** all its aspects.

**✨How we’ll do this:**
In about six hours, in a small group of like-minded souls, we’ll embark on a carefully guided journey that touches mind, body, heart, and spirit. Each practice helps you connect with the wholeness of who you are.

🍄 Aided by **microdosing** & ceremonial **cacao** to support a subtle shift in awareness
🧘‍♀️ We’ll ease into stillness with **meditation**
👣 Mindfully **move** our bodies to the music,
🧠 and let our minds be a tool to see that the shadow came from the light, served you, and can now be released.
