This group offers a free, weekly 15-minute sound meditation hosted live on Zoom.
These sessions are designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through calming sound vibrations.
No experience with meditation is required. You’re welcome to join whether you’re new to sound meditation or already have an established practice.
Each session is short and accessible, making it easy to fit into your week. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of relaxation and balance.
