Weekly Hack & Learn: Hacktoberfest Week 2 - Pull Requests

This week's focus will be on creating pull requests! Hopefully by now you've found one or two projects you'd like to contribute to and maybe have even started on it. If you are not familiar with the process of creating pull requests, this week we will mainly focus on that process.
