What we’re about
This group is for people who find themselves turning to food in response to emotions such as stress, overwhelm, loneliness, or self-criticism — and who want a kinder, more sustainable way forward.
Rather than focusing on diets, willpower, or weight loss, this group is about understanding why emotional eating happens and learning compassionate, practical tools to respond differently. Emotional eating is not a failure or a lack of control; it is often a learned coping strategy, and change begins with insight, safety, and support.
We offer a mix of online and in-person events, including live talks, workshops, and reflective sessions, designed to help you:
- make sense of your eating patterns
- develop alternative ways of coping with difficult emotions
- reduce shame and self-blame around food
- build a more trusting relationship with your body and with eating
You are welcome whether you are just beginning to explore this area or have been struggling for a long time. You can attend in person at selected London events or join live online sessions from wherever you are.
This is a supportive, respectful space focused on understanding, growth, and lasting change — not quick fixes.
