Discover No Hands Bodywork: Free Tantric-Journey Workshop to relax and connect

Dear Beautiful Souls of Zürich,

I warmly invite you to a free taster workshop at Werdinsel, where I will share a glimpse of the practices we explore in our retreats.

During this workshop, I will guide you through a short introduction to our approach – Emotional Detox through Tantric-Tao Bodywork.
You will also learn a unique way of giving a massage that does not rely on your hands, but instead on the natural support of your body weight.

Please bring a blanket to lie on for comfort. The practice is done fully clothed – shorts and a T-shirt, or similar, are perfect.

You are welcome to come on your own, with a friend, or with a partner. We will practise in pairs, and I kindly ask everyone to register in advance, as spaces are limited. All genders are equally welcome.

We will gather near the large bridge at Werdinsel – on the grass, south of the football field and east of the nude area (see pictures for guidance). Depending on space and weather, we may practise under a tree.

There will be two sessions:
