WHAT IS QIGONG

Qigong is a combination of meditations and exercises used in Traditional Chinese Medicine that promotes healing through the balancing of yin + yang within our bodies ☯️

A loose translation is as follows, Qi means Energy; Gong means Skill. Together Qigong highlights the skill of working with energy.

We will focus on connecting the breath + body through the flow state and movements used in Qigong.

Through my coaching sessions I help you separate the voices of your ego and your soul so you can discern between your subconscious fears and inner guidance. Join us on July 15th at Sky Pond as we master our reiki practice + attune to the master symbol.

REIKI MASTERY offers amplified healing power + integration of kundalini energy! Learn the Master symbol + how to provide a master level healing treatment in this highly immersive 1-day hands on workshop learning experience.

Reiki helps restore life-force energy + promotes healing, peace, relaxation and FreedOm. During a session, energy is moved + released from the body providing relief at the physical, emotional, mental + spiritual levels.

This 1-DAY hands on workshop will be experienced on:

Sat, 7/15 | 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

LEARN:

• How to use + purpose of the Master symbol
• How to complete a Master level reiki treatment over distance + in person
