We are back. Now that covid restrictions are winding down, we have returned to the Meetup community. We want to enjoy life and each other's company.
There will be a $1 Meetup fee for each event, unless otherwise noted on the event.
Getting together with friends, old and new, for dining and other activities that interest us. Some activities might be movies, miniature golf, wine tastings, breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners, day bus trips or whatever we decide.
Welcoming 50 - 95 age group, single or married, ladies or gentlemen.
Centered around Freehold, NJ but will generally meet between Old Bridge and Lakewood on the Rt. 9 corridor, branching out east and west a few miles each way.
Prefer warm, fun, happy, people-loving-people. Let's be a family of friends. Be honest and be nice. Respect and enjoy our time together and it will be a good idea to avoid hot topics such as politics, race or religion.

I picked a time between lunch and dinner so those of us that want the less expensive lunch and those of us that want the additional choices of dinner can sit and eat together.
So we will start with the lunch price at 2:30 and those having dinner can join us at 3:30.

Please tell the wait staff in the beginning if you are a senior.
Soft drinks are additionalI love the Mongolian Hibachi Grill Station, where you can personally select all the ingredients you prefer including Beef, Chicken, Shrimp and Crab Leg meat (either or all) and many veggies plus noodle and rice options and watch as their chef grills your order and gives you the option of what sauce you would prefer out of teriyaki, hibachi or another one. You can also add hot sauce and/or minced garlic. I had not seen a Mongolian Grill in years and I remember absolutely loving this, so I went to check it out and it was good.
Plus, rows and rows of unlimited buffet choices, both Asian and American, including such things as shrimp cocktail and pizza. Plus, an extensive sushi section if you go for sushi. And of course, dessert choices including fruits and ice cream to finish off your meal.
I have been there at dinner time where they add ribs, crab legs, shrimp and clam dishes plus lots of items that aren't on the lunch menu.Please join me for this tasty, filling and low-priced lunch or dinner.
It is located in the same shopping center Brick Outback is in but in the back and a few doors away from Brick LIDL.

Nostalgia? Did you eat there as a kid on special occasions? Their food has evolved over the years to include many healthy options and of course ICE CREAM!
Most of you know I love and miss my Friendly's in Old Bridge. But there is still one in Toms River, just south of the Ocean County Mall. I eat there every once in a while, and it's small but fine.
I called and they are still open for business and looking forward to serving us.
Please join me. I miss my fried clams! But they have many other items on their menu, plus, of course, lots of yummy ice cream.
