Here's the big question: How do we fit more zen in our busy lifestyle?! We all want to meditate, improve our health, and de-stress...but how do we do fit that into our lives? This is exactly why this group was created! We hold regular 'bootcamp-style' meditation and wellness classes to help us all bring a bit more zen into our lives - we call our classes the FreeMind Bootcamp! These FreeMind Bootcamp classes are 1 hour intensive zen sessions that are meant to easily fit into our daily lives. Each interactive class will have a different theme and will touch on different topics. Everyone is welcome! Join us!
