Our HQ Team Tryouts are your chance to train with every one of our team directors in a full day of high-energy classes, team previews, and performance-level training. Whether you’re ready to compete, perform, or just explore your options, this is the day to see what our teams are all about.

* 1pm\-3pm \| Teen Titanz Jr\. Competitive Team $18 and under$
* 3pm\-5pm \| HQ Dallas Training Team $all ages$
* 6pm\-7:30pm \| Scorpionz Adult Competitive Team $18 and up$
* 7:30pm\-9pm \| Heelz Performance Team $18 and up$

**Location:** HQDallas – Plano, TX

**Cost:** **FREE** for active HQDallas members and class pack holders • $20 drop-in for nonmembers

Paying one drop-in grants you access to the entire day of classes if you would like to tryout for multiple teams.
