What we're about
We’re an openly secular community with a focus on rationality, philosophy, science, technology, critical thinking and ethics. We choose members who are friendly, intellectually curious, intelligent, non-religious, and rationally-minded – meaning that we’re more interested in figuring out the truth together than in proving ourselves right, or in arguing for the sake of arguing. Our members are young, almost all in the range of 20 to 45 years old but all are welcome. Because it costs money to maintain a group with more than 50 members, I remove inactives who haven't logged in on our website for over 3-4 months
We have both social and educational meetings that range from formal-ish group discussions over brunch to, attending interesting events in the community and meeting up in a bar for some skeptical drinking.
If you think you might be a good fit for our group, please request to join. We're looking forward to hearing from you!
