Religious Studies: Medieval Gender

Join us to learn from Dr. Jacob Doss, assistant professor of philosophy at Texas State, and Morgan Davis, an Austin-based LGBTQAI+ activist. Dr. Doss will be speaking on medieval gender and how it informed Christian thought and teachings. Morgan will be speaking on his activism defending trans kids in Texas. Morgan is also a member of the same Christian denomination, the Presbyterian Church USA, as Texas Representative James Talarico.
Starting at 7 pm, Dr. Doss will give a 30-minute talk, followed by a 20-minute Q&A. At 8 pm, Morgan will give a 30-minute talk, followed by a 20-minute Q&A. This will be a conversation you don't want to miss!
