Updated 10/6 with trail plan

Let's enjoy a fall foliage bike ride in PA!
We will spend Friday and Saturday nights in Titusville. (See lodging below).

Friday
We will gather around a campfire at the Caboose Motel to discuss who wants to do what the next day, so no one bikes alone.

Saturday
Breakfast can be in your caboose or at your place of lodging
Meet at the Oil City Marina at 8:30am, ready to roll at 8:45. If staying at the Caboose Motel, leavr about 8:00am.
Take a trail lunch and front and back lights for your bike.
You can choose to ride as little as 20 miles or as far as you like. My good friend, Ronald Monroe, is leading the ride Saturday and is an excellent cyclist. I will sweep so no one is left behind. We will need to carry our bikes up some stairs but can help each other. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and that you bring at least one extra innertube.

Saturday evening we will gather together for dinner at a Titusville restaurant (TBD). Dinner will be around 7:00, probably at Fat Chad's Brewing which is about a half mile from the Caboose Motel.

Sunday
Breakfast is on your own. We will meet at the Caboose Motel at 9:30am, checked out and cars loaded up, and bike less than a mile to the start of the Oil Creek State Trail.

The trail is out and back, so you can turn around when you like. From the Caboose Motel to Oil Creek State Park and back is 24.4 miles round-trip.

Lodging
Sleep in a Caboose! I have 15 cabooses reserved in my name at the Caboose Motel in Titusville. There are 6 with a king bed, 9 with two doubles, and some are dog-friendly. Each caboose has a full bathroom with shower, microwave and a mini-fridge. Call 1-814-827-5730 to reserve one of the cabooses, letting them know you are with Linda's group. The cost is $95/night plus tax and is due upon arrival.
