Punderson State Park, Paddle, Camp, whatever you like

Update: I picked a better site and changed my reservation to site #75

I need to get out without going too far from home on these dates. Planning to camp at Punderson State Park Friday 7/11 and Saturday 7/12 nights. I’ll be in tent site #62. On Saturday if it’s not raining, will get out on the lake in the kayak for a paddle at 10 AM. Just going to meander around the lake. Only electric motors allowed. You are welcome to come for the paddle and/or reserve a campsite too. The boat launch requires a short drive from the campground. There is also hiking, fishing, and golf at Punderson. Once I see who signs up, we can certainly plan to hangout around the campfire and at mealtimes for those who would like to. I’m also posting in the Phoenix Backpack Club Meetup in case there is interest there.
