This group is for parents who want to stay active without needing separate childcare.
We meet at safe, kid-friendly parks where one parent runs a short loop while the other stays with the kids — then we swap. Easy, flexible, beginner-friendly.

Whether you’re getting back into fitness, training for a race, or just want 15–20 minutes of uninterrupted movement, this group makes running possible for busy mums, dads, and caregivers.

How it works:

- One parent runs or run-walks
- The other stays with all the kids in a central spot
- After a short interval, you swap roles
- No pressure, no pace expectations — everyone is welcome
