There's nothing more motivating that writing alongside other writers, even if it's in complete silence!

Once you arrive and grab your beverage of choice, introduce yourself if you're new, share what you plan to work on and start writing! Feel free to use this time to work with others for feedback, collaborate on ideas or critique each other's writing but it is absolutely not necessary – try and reserve this for the last 30 minutes.
