Photowalk - Briones Diablo View Trail

Join us for our S3-photowalk this month on as we explore Briones Regional Park.

This will be our last green season hike as the hills are fading to gold...

Meetup: Mission Park and Ride lot at 10:30 AM on Saturday the 17th.
Leave: 11:00 to arrive at the trailhead around 12:00.
Trailhead: Briones Rd Trail. At the end of Briones Rd off Alhambra Valley Rd.
Bring: Camera, lens hood, batteries, memory, hat, snack, appropriate coat.

Our route will take us along the Diablo View Trail and loop back on the Alhambra Creek Trail. This roughly 2 mile walk is rated as easy and follows dirt trails with a manageable hill.

We will pass through a beautiful oak forest and descend into the Alhambra Creek valley. If we are lucky, we may encounter some seasonal wildflowers along the creek, though nature is unpredictable this year.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy a scenic walk and capture some natural beauty with your camera.
