Montreal ideas...?

From: user 1.

Bonjour!

I am going to write this in english, so as to make clear my message....

My wife and I are going to Montreal for 3 days in August. We would like to
practice and excercise our French speaking (and listening) abilities.

I'm afraid if we do the typical tourist things, we will end up speaking
English a lot.

Any ideas on where to go, and what to do in MOntreal to practice our French
abilities?

Besides talking to the service people (at the hotel and restaurants) in
French, are there any other ideas outside of stopping strangers on the
street and talking it up with them? ;-) LOL (Assuming they have
patience!)

Mon appreciation pour tout l'idee!

Merci
