🍽️ Gastronomy: a Luxury or a Necessity ? 🍲😋 - Do you like food? I do… probably like 99.99% of the world’s population (and beyond👽?). If you’re a foodie, you’ll undoubtedly be interested in the great minds who theorized gastronomy, aka high cuisine. From Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin to Auguste Escoffier, French masters dedicated centuries to perfecting this art. So, if you’re looking for inspiration for your next MasterChef attempt, join this week’s discussion!
