French Language Cafe: French Conversation & food

Bienvenue au French Language Café! 🇫🇷
Join us at the Marino Community Hall for a relaxed and interactive way to practice your French. Whether you’re just starting out or already fluent, the French Language Café is for anyone who loves the language, the culture, and the joy of connection.
✨ How it works:

• A week before the event you’ll receive a practice sheet by email.
• On the day, we split into two friendly groups:
  • Beginners – guided by a teacher who makes learning easy and fun.
  • Advanced – led by a native speaker for lively discussion and deeper conversation.

🍷 Food & Atmosphere:
Expect French smiles, laughter, and sometimes a little food! I’m a Mediterranean foodie at heart, and sharing French-inspired treats adds warmth and helps keep our café sustainable. You’re always welcome to join the table — no pressure, just joy.
💌 Contribution:
We ask for a small contribution of $7 per person:

• $5 for teaching & organisation
• $2 for venue hire
  Extra food sales help cover costs — and whenever we have surplus, it goes directly to support three Syrian families. Every croissant and chat makes a difference.
