Cher Be & Player,

Rendez-vous à l’angle de la 72e rue et de la 5e Avenue. Nous nous installerons à Central Park.
J’aurai le matériel nécessaire pour nous asseoir dans l’herbe, vivre cette expérience ensemble et échanger.

Chaque séance suit un chemin naturel :

• Accueil de soi et des autres
• On se pose, on s’écoute
• Entrer en mouvement et en relation
• Explorer ses émotions et son ressenti
• S’exprimer à travers le corps et le jeu
• Partager l’expérience

Les séances peuvent inclure des exercices de mouvement, des interactions avec les autres participants, des temps d’expression et des explorations à partir de souvenirs, d’émotions ou de sujets de vie.

En cas de pluie ou mauvais temps je vous indiquerais le matin l'annulation de l'évènement.
Vous serez remboursé.

Dear Be & Player,

We will meet at the corner of 72nd Street and 5th Avenue. We will settle in Central Park.
I will bring everything needed for us to sit on the grass, share this experience together and connect.

🌿 A progressive and immersive experience
Each session follows a natural flow:

• Welcoming yourself and others
• Slowing down and listening inward
• Entering movement and interaction
• Exploring emotions and feelings
• Expressing yourself through the body and play
• Sharing the experience

Sessions may include movement exercises, interactions with other participants, moments of expression and explorations inspired by memories, emotions or life experiences.

In case of rain or bad weather, I will inform you on the morning of the event if it needs to be cancelled.
You will be refunded.
